WARNING SIGNS

If this happens to you,
reach out as soon as you can.

Each of these is a well-worn move in the investment-fraud script. Recognise one and the time to talk is now — not after the next payment.

Seen more than one of these? That is enough. Send us the details now — no upfront fees, and no obligation to continue.

HOW IT USUALLY STARTS

It rarely feels like a scam.
Not at first.

Investment fraud tends to follow the same path. If you recognise yourself in these steps, you are not the first — and you did not do anything foolish.

  1. 01

    First contact

It begins with something ordinary: a phone call, a direct message, an advert for a trading course, an invite to a private group. The person on the other end is polite, informed and in no hurry.

  2. 02

    A small amount

You are invited to start small, often a few hundred. That is deliberate. It keeps the risk feeling low and makes the next step feel obvious.

  3. 03

    The profits appear

Your account shows steady gains. Occasionally a small withdrawal is even allowed, to prove it works. The calls come more often now, and they always sound like good news.

  4. 04

    The wall

When you ask for the larger sum back, something is always in the way: a tax, a compliance or verification fee, a liquidity charge. Each one has to be settled before your money is released.

  5. 05

    The loop

Pay once and a second condition appears. Pay again and a third follows. Every payment is presented as the last one, and none of them ever is.

The loop is the point. Nothing you pay now is a route back to the money you are owed — it is another loss. Stop paying, keep every message, receipt and account name, and let someone who does this for a living look at it. Tell us what happened

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO

We do the following.

Claimback never takes control of your funds and never chases them down on your behalf. What we build is the two things that make recovery possible — and then hand them to you to use.

Document 01

An investigation report

A structured, evidence-backed record of what happened to you: who contacted you, when, how the money moved, and which names, accounts and platforms it touched.

  • Every message, receipt and transfer, dated and in order.
  • The company, website, wallet or account details involved.
  • Written in a form your bank, insurer, police or financial regulator can read.

Document 02

An action plan

A plain-English plan for what to do with that report: who to report to first, what to send them, what to expect back, and what to stop doing right now.

  • Which institution or authority to contact, and in what order.
  • Exactly what to attach, so nothing comes back to you as incomplete.
  • Deadlines and follow-ups, so the case does not quietly stall.

Both are tools, not promises. Used well, they make reporting faster and clearer — which is what improves your chances of getting money back. Start with the form

A CLEARER WAY FORWARD

How our help works.

We know losing money is more than a financial setback. Start with the facts, not false promises.

01

You fill the form

Share your contact details, how you lost your money and the amount involved. No upfront payment, no obligation.

02

We call you

One of our representatives calls you back to hear the full story, answer your questions and explain what happens next.

03

We gather the evidence

In a live video meeting — Zoom or a similar app — we go through your messages, receipts and account details together.

04

We assess your case

Your evidence is entered into our system, which shows how realistic recovery is and what the next step would be.

Two days, start to finish. From your first message to an assessment of your case takes two days at most. Start now

ANSWERS, NOT ASSUMPTIONS

A little clarity
goes a long way.

Have a question before you begin?
Here are some things worth knowing.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?+

No. Claimback charges no upfront fees. You only pay if we get money back to you. If nothing is recovered, there is no recovery fee.

Can you guarantee my money will be recovered?+

No. Recovery depends on the circumstances of your case, the payment method and where the funds went. No outcome can be guaranteed.

What information should I keep?+

Keep payment receipts, transaction records, the company or website name, and any messages or emails. Do not share account passwords, banking access codes or wallet recovery phrases.

What if I have already reported the fraud?+

You can still send an enquiry. Keep a copy of your report and any replies from your bank or the relevant authorities so your case can be reviewed in context.

Protect yourself from further fraud. Contact your bank and report the incident to the relevant authorities. Be wary of anyone promising guaranteed recovery or asking for passwords, access codes or wallet recovery phrases.
